In this episode of Louisiana NOW, we share the story of Rev. Ed Cooper and Frank Thompson, both of whom are collaborating at two different churches — Aurora United Methodist Church and Boynton United Methodist Church, just outside of New Orleans. For Cooper, it’s an opportunity to pastor a predominately African-American church for the first time in his ministry. For Thompson, it’s a chance to lead worship at a predominately white church. Their shared experience is a story of friendship and teamwork, propelled by the Holy Spirit.
